GOA has announced a free ten-day trial for Warhammer Online. The announcement was made today to allow new players to experience the first phase of the Call To Arms events, Bitter Rivals. "With the new free trial we are making it possible for everyone to experience non-stop Realm vs. Realm combat wrapped up in a next-generation MMO,” said Mark Jacobs, VP and General Manager of Warhammer developer, Mythic Entertainment.

Publisher GOA has announced the first live expansion for Warhammer Online. It's called 'Call To Arms' and introduces several new features, significantly two new classes: the updated and re-instated melee Orc Choppa and Dwarf Slayer, for Chaos and Order respectively. There will be an new contested area too, called the 'Land Of The Dead', with the 'Tomb Kings' dungeon that developer Mythic says is a spiritual successor to Darkness Falls from Dark Age Of Camelot.
